    The Retail function provides Personal and Business Banking customers with financial solutions tailored to their needs. We help them manage their money wisely and meet their financial goals through an extensive range of products and services. These include deposit, insurance, secured and unsecured loans, investment and wealth advisory services.

    Business Banking

    We develop integrated products and services targeted at helping small and medium-sized enterprises across the region progress through different stages of growth. These include innovative solutions and initiatives in areas of working capital loans, operational efficiency and currency exposure.

    Job Responsibilities

  • Planning and executing client engagement strategies to increase digital users through targeted portfolio actions and tactical campaigns
  • Monitoring effectiveness of engagement actions and refine
  • Driving customer satisfaction through cross-functional collaboration, measured by net-promoter-score (NPS)
  • Coordinate with Customer Experience and Digital team to Improve customer journeys on app and web
  • Job Requirements

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in retail or SME banking with cross-functional knowledge e.g. marketing, product, digital, analytics
  • Experience or knowledge in service design, behavioural science and/or customer and business journeys a plus
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and to think, plan and execute resourcefully
  • Excellent communications skills and the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders to meet business goals
