    Description
    Job Responsibility

    · Plan, prepare, and execute the overall process of events and activities for start to the end from the event supplies perspective.

    · Accountable and responsible for events from start-to-end in the execution of logistic admin, supplies, inventories, marketing tools and the day-to-day office operations.

    · Manage and liaise with partners such as event organizers, vendors, exhibitors, internal stakeholders and external joint partners.

    · Manage events booking, onsite event support and other related assignments.
    • Assign and manage crews, exhibitors, speakers and assorted vendors.
    • Manage work schedule with venue operators and security requirements.

    · Coordinate sales events and supports the planned marketing activities.

    · Strategize and implement event marketing such as corporate event, sales events, road shows, and sponsorship.

    · Liaise with marketing colleagues in planning and executing marketing activities including offline and online marketing, advertising, public relations, event, along with production of tickets, posters, catalogues and brochures.

    · Ensure all services, equipments and materials required are prepared for the events.

    · Organize the conceptualization, proposals preparation and presentation.

    · Responsible for the procurement of goods and services while ensuring those corporate and ethical policies are adhered to.

    · Collaborate with co-workers, vendors, and technical experts in preparing specifications for Quotations, Proposals and Supply Agreements in a clear and concise manner.

    · Conducts research concerning new products and general commodity requirements.

    · Support company events.

    · Perform other related duties as may be assigned.

    Job Requirements

    • Diploma or Degree on Arts and Events Management , Marketing , Hospitality and Tourism Management.
    • Relevant Experience in coordination event
    • Willing travel
    • Good teamwork and negotiation skills with strong work ethics

    Job Benifits

    • 5 Days work week.
    • Flexible schedule : 9am to 6pm or 10am to 7pm.
