    Job Details
    • Develop procedures and systems to assure facility maintenance operations are appropriate, meet GMP requirements, are within validated parameters and are sufficient in determining the ability for continuing operations.
    • Assures facility support systems and critical processes are accurately represented. Assures alterations, modifications made to critical systems are performed in accordance with current industry practices, cGMP's, and building and safety codes, including agreed project parameters and budget.
    • Leads facility related projects, participates/contributes to other projects impacting facility operations.
    • Identifies and makes recommendations for improvements to facility support systems and equipment, creates corrective action plans for deficient equipment and systems.
    • Responsible to maintain in conformance all critical system that supports the operations.
    • Assists with EHS activities when applicable and appropriate.
    • Assures all facilities support equipment and critical utilities operate within parameters.
    • Assures an ongoing benchmark of energy consumption associated with facilities processes, identifies opportunities for improvement and creates action plans for implementation.
    • Assures compliance to GMP requirements, adherence to SOPs and use of the change control system.
    • Assures up-to-date drawings of new and/or existing facilities, machinery, equipment and processes.
    • Contribute to and manages preparing facility Capital budgets. Makes recommendation for machinery and equipment overhaul, renovations or replacement.
    • Contributes to and manages preparing, tracking and controlling departmental Expense budgets.
    • Monitors operations of facility support systems and critical utilities; make recommendations to improve efficiency and reliability and to avoid unplanned downtime.
    • Participates in Business Continuity Planning exercises, is assigned to the regional IRO Team and Facilities Business Resumption Team. Creates and develops strategies for facilities business resumption.
    • Provides guidance and direction in optimizing plant energy consumption. Provides benchmarking of consumption and makes recommendations for improvements to reduce consumption.
    • Provides guidance and direction of facility maintenance and construction activities.
    • Provides guidance and direction of projects involving alterations to facilities support systems and critical utilities.
    • Provides troubleshooting of facilities operational issues.
    • Serves as project leader of facilities projects. Controls project schedules and budgets.

    Job Requirements

    • Bachelor Degree in Engineering Electrical/Electronics ,Health, Safety and Environment, or any related field.
    • Preferably with Chargeman certification.
    • Minimum 4 years related experience.
    • Knowledge in production requirement will be an added advantage.
    • Good command of English either in communication or in written
