Accounts Manager - Petaling Jaya, Malaysia, Selangor - AIO Synergy Solutions Sdn Bhd

Description

• Performing full-set account, and responsible for all aspects of accounting functions.
• Prepare monthly financial accounts closing and management reports within the deadline.
• Actively communicate with bankers, company secretary, tax consultant and auditors on financial matters.
• Perform profit & loss and balance sheet analysis.
• Undertake special assignments, ad-hoc functions and related duties as specified by the management.
• Manage all phases of Accounts Payable, Receivable and Department budget.
• Prepare regular reports and summaries of accounting activities.
• Verify recorded transactions and report irregularities to management.
• Forecasting cash payments and anticipating challenges arising from limited cash flow.
• Ensuring that cash flows are adequate to allow business units to operate effectively.
• Maintain files of all contracts, insurance policies, tax reports, expenses, etc.
• Maintaining and transferring money between bank accounts as required.
• Dealing with GST/SST transactions verification, reconciliation and report submission.
• Bank reconciliation and reconciliation of supplier statements, credit cards etc.
• Coordinate year-end audit.
• Knowledge on SQL software will be an added advantage.
  
  

• Candidate must possess at least aDegree (major in accounting /finance) / professional qualification in accounting.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• At least 5 yearsâ experience in related field.
• Good personality and positive working attitudes, responsible, self-discipline and dedicate to work.
• Must be able to verse in English and Bahasa Malaysia language.
• Proficiency in Mandarin language will be an added advantage.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Petaling Jaya.
• Able to start immediately or within short notice.
