- Responsible for the daily Sorting Centre operations including physical operations - mainly receiving, sorting and outbound
- Involves in scheduling, staffing and workflow management, monitoring of key performance metrics
- Manage multiple stakeholders - coordinate between building owner, manpower provider, and internal operation teams
- Ensuring the operations meet the targeted Service Level Agreement (SLA) by general management by exhibiting your problem solving and employee coaching/training skills wherever needed
- Provide daily data reports & identify potential improvements to existing processes to reduce bottlenecks & improve the efficiency of your team
- Experienced in warehouse operations would be preferred
- Strong leadership skills, promoting collaboration and teamwork across different departments/stakeholders
- Degree or diploma in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or relevant disciplines is preferred. Others with transferrable skill sets are welcome to apply
- Knowledge in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is encouraged
- Working pattern: 45 working hours weekly, Rotational shift schedule, Overtime if required (up to 6 days)
