- To support accounting entries function in SSC – Staff reimbursement
- Provide guidance and support to staff for performing day-to-day activities according to SOPs
- Identify, address and manage the risks
- Implement various initiatives and projects
- Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement
- Monitor and analyze team performance
- Support internal control compliance
- Well-vested with local accounting standards and statutory requirements
- Sophisticated skill in MS office, especially in MS Excel and Oracle
- Meticulous and very organized to meet strict deadline
- Soft skills: (e.g. communications, personality, working attitudes, etc)
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese. Fluent in Putonghua is definitely an advantage
