- Raise Local Purchase Order for all sublet jobs.
- Check and reconcile daily reports from 3 in 1.
- Timely closing and dispatching of all warranty claims and technical reports.
- Administer the petty cash float and prepare weekly summary for reimbursement.
- Prepare end of the month report.
- Make reminder telephone calls to customers on appointment, back-order parts and cash payments.
- Close and dispatch all cash and credit invoices daily.
- Follow up calls to overdue credit customers.
- Reconcile and bank daily collections.
- To make follow-up calls daily.
- Attend to phone calls promptly and practice telephone courtesy techniques.
- Entertain customer inquiries and provide assistance when required.
- Conduct regular 5S housekeeping activities and ensure overall cleanliness of administrative office.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or Office Admin Assistant
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Familiarity with other software programs and office equipment would also be helpful.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent in business administration or related field; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus.
