    Description
    Job Responsibility

    • Raise Local Purchase Order for all sublet jobs.
    • Check and reconcile daily reports from 3 in 1.
    • Timely closing and dispatching of all warranty claims and technical reports.
    • Administer the petty cash float and prepare weekly summary for reimbursement.
    • Prepare end of the month report.
    • Make reminder telephone calls to customers on appointment, back-order parts and cash payments.
    • Close and dispatch all cash and credit invoices daily.
    • Follow up calls to overdue credit customers.
    • Reconcile and bank daily collections.
    • To make follow-up calls daily.
    • Attend to phone calls promptly and practice telephone courtesy techniques.
    • Entertain customer inquiries and provide assistance when required.
    • Conduct regular 5S housekeeping activities and ensure overall cleanliness of administrative office.

    Job Requirements

    • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or Office Admin Assistant
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Familiarity with other software programs and office equipment would also be helpful.
    • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
    • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
    • A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent in business administration or related field; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus.
