    Description

    Job Purpose:

    Commercial Intelligence team that is responsible for driving transformational analytic capabilities to enable stronger business performance. You will help develop faster reporting tools and processes, leveraging strong analytical and reporting skills, to enable impactful insights with the use of data mining and visualization techniques

    Responsibilities:

    Commercial Strategy

    • Operational Budget cascade - Align the Operational Budget with financial budget volume stack up. Reset the budget cascade fundamentals to focus on CG3 Channel type and product by respective sales office and in accordance with marketing calendar.
    • Operational Budget Value computation – Work with DST/BI team and pricing team to ensure the Operational Budget Values (NGSR/TIR/NIR/NSR/NSR MFRS) is computed for the fiscal year by Product, CG3, Sales geography, monthly and festive or non-festive event. to ensure we capture Price by CG3 for conversion to NGSR/NSR.
    • Facilitate the DCO operational budget upload process –To ensure phasing of budget aligned with regional sales team and key account team phasing requirements as per operational standard and customer alignment.
    • Facilitate on latest estimate compilation, consolidation, and analysis.
    • Facilitate the sales data application for any monthly business review and annual budget planning process.
    • Work on different datasets and link the business rationales to develop and support analytical solutions.
    • Centralized holistic view sales Dashboard/Tracker – revamp the dashboard/report to ensure consistency is maintained according to business needs and ensuring the dashboard/report remains up-to-date and is communicated to or can be accessed by DCO sales leaders.
    • Build sound knowledge of reporting systems and data sources.
    • Work with IT to consolidate the sales analytics and validate the data sources and mapping according to business structure. Maintain data integrity over time as data sources are added and updated.
