    Description
    Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Degree in Human Resource/Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent. Strong command in written and verbal English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.

    At least 3-5 years of working experience with Human Resources (HR) roles Proficient in using Microsoft Excel and Words is a MUST.

    Good in coordination and communication skills. Detail oriented, multitask and fast learner. A matured team player, resourceful and self-motivated with high integrity. Independent, responsible and aggressive. Possess good communication skills and with good networking skills. Manage and execute full spectrum of HR. Engage internal stakeholders and external vendors for effective recruitment processes. Develop sustainable Human Resource Strategy and drive end to end talent acquisition activities within the targeted timeline. Fulfil manpower request within stipulated turnaround time. Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media networking, referral and etc. Administrative support which includes filing, drafting letters, and maintaining HR database and employee information. To assist the company in developing, updating and implementing organization HR process. Assist in handling staff issue for outlet / operations. Any ad hoc tasks as assigned by superior.
