- Minimum of 3 to 5 years working experience in related field in a semiconductor manufacturing environment
- Possess a bachelor's degree in commercial, engineering, supply chain or a related field
- Proven experience in commercial, engineering or supply chain background & experience in semiconductor or electronic component
- Diversity to work with global team, international background is preferred
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Fluent in English (written and spoken), German or/and Chinese skills are a plus
- Possess high team spirit and ability to moderate meetings/workshops with all levels
- Knowhow of digitalization is welcomed , Power BI, Dashboard
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset preferred
- Ability to think strategically of category and supplier management with problem solving orientation
- Structured and independent working style with minimal supervision
