    To perform day to day general administrative tasksDaily data entry, receive orders and billing of invoices/quotations/proforma invoice/credit notes/memos etc and filingReceiving stock from supplier and creating Goods Receive notesAssist with any functions of the day to day operations within Admin DepartmentLiaise with Store Department and Operations Manager for shipment of goodsArrange & will need to go for outlet check stock when necessary (local and outstation)Submitting weekly/monthly report accordingly to Sales/Senior Manager

    Candidates must possess at least Secondary School/SPM/"O" LevelAt least 1 year of experience in Admin Clerk Field/Data entry fieldLanguage required: English, Bahasa MalaysiaMust know how to use computer and emailProficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel etc)Independent, team player, multi-tasker with excellent communication skills
