    Responsibilities

    • Respond promptly and courteously to player inquiries, feedback, and technical issues through various channels, including in-game chats and email.
    • Investigate and troubleshoot player-reported problems, bugs, and glitches, providing accurate and effective solutions to ensure a smooth gameplay experience.
    • Gather valuable insights from player feedback and suggestions, documenting and communicating trends and common concerns to the SME team for continuous game improvement.
    • Maintain accurate and organized records of player interactions, issues, and resolutions, contributing to a comprehensive customer service database.

    Qualifications

    • At least 1 - 4 years' of relevant work experience in customer service
    • Open for fresh graduate and SPM ( at least with 4 years of working experience)
    • Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
    • Must good in typing
    • Preferably candidates with chat experience
    • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
