- Respond promptly and courteously to player inquiries, feedback, and technical issues through various channels, including in-game chats and email.
- Investigate and troubleshoot player-reported problems, bugs, and glitches, providing accurate and effective solutions to ensure a smooth gameplay experience.
- Gather valuable insights from player feedback and suggestions, documenting and communicating trends and common concerns to the SME team for continuous game improvement.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of player interactions, issues, and resolutions, contributing to a comprehensive customer service database.
- At least 1 - 4 years' of relevant work experience in customer service
- Open for fresh graduate and SPM ( at least with 4 years of working experience)
- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Must good in typing
- Preferably candidates with chat experience
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
