    Description
    For more than 25 years, our client's Secure Issuance business has delivered the worlds broadest, feature-rich portfolio of card printers, laser engravers, encoders, software and solutions for the custom personalisation and issuance of secure, physical identity credentials. Their innovations span a multitude of technologies from simple plug-and-play offerings to fully integrated cloud-based solutions.

    Based in KL or Bangkok, you will work collaboratively with fellow sales consultants, and other business units within the company forall sales related activities. This position is committed to implementing, achieving and exceedingdeliverables specified in the business plan.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Responsible and accountable for the sales revenues generated throughout the territory andas a result, contributes to the overall generation of growth and sales revenue throughout theregion.
    • Aim to exceed specified sales targets detailed in the Business Plan.
    • Drives business development plan for territory.
    • Prioritizing sales opportunities to maximize deals closed.
    • Contributes to sales target development process.
    • Contribute to and work collaboratively with a sales team focused on exceeding targets.
    • Develop and maintain timely, accurate and detailed sales information and forecasts in the company sales reporting system (Oracle CRM).
    • Channel management and development with existing distributors for Fargo products and appoint and develop new distributors.
    • Vertical segmentation of end users and effective plan to be put in place to drive the engagement with end users from Pre-sales to final sales closure.
    • Drive project specification into end users for HID products.
    • Strategize on the channel development plan and the vertical business plan to improve the penetration of Fargo business in the assigned region.

    Education And/or Experience

    • College degree in Business Administration, Finance, or relevant area
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and business strategy development or related field and 2+ years of industry experience
    • Ability to read and interpret technical journals, specifications, international technical standards etc
    • Travel and fieldwork, including international travel may be required. Therefore, employeemust possess, or be able to acquire a valid passport.
    • Must be legally eligible to work in the country in which you are hired.
