- Serve as PMO to drive impactful cross functional projects aligned with business goals:
- Conduct process assessments and studies across business units to identify inefficiencies
- Identify and initiate high impact process improvement projects
- Drive continuous improvement projects to improve operational efficiency
- Oversee all B2C operation related processes and efficiency.
- Support local teams in designing, improving and implementing process changes/ new processes.
- Drive process compliance
- Diploma and or Degree in Business Administration, Operation Management, Industrial Engineering or similar field
- Previous experience as a Process Improvement Executive, Process Executive/ Engineer, Operations Executive, or a similar field
- Excellent knowledge of process-based operation, LEAN Six Sigma, is preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent organizational and project management skills

About You
In this role, you will work directly with the Senior Manager, Process Improvement to achieve Carsome's vision, mission, and strategic goals which play a critical role in the success of the brand. You will also be working closely with counterparts from various business units to optimize and implement new processes or process enhancements; leading cross-functional initiatives along with regional and local teams to improve operational efficiency.
