Description

Assist in the evaluation, preparation, execution of corporate exercises.
Assist to prepare the presentation to board of directors and shareholders as required.
Assisting in the budgeting and forecasting process.
Act as a liaison officer with external advisor and related parties to ensure successful engagement completion.
Prepare informative analysis such as impact analysis on strategic/business direction, financial position, legal implication, stakeholders and capital position for decision making.
Perform any other duties as assigned from time to time

Job requirements

Possess at least Diploma/Degree in in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
Candidates must be fluent in English.
At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Strong analytical thinking
Familiar with ERP/SAP system, SQL and warehouse operation process.
