    The purpose of this role is to support the HR effectiveness in delivery of system design and changes.

    Job Description:

    Key responsibilities:

  • Manage delivery of change requests and defects closure across APAC markets​
  • Capture business requirements from market, perform functional solution; workwith central technical team or process management & optimization manager(where required) to finalize design.​
  • Work with Change & Adoption manager to deliver training to relevant marketson changes implemented.​
  • Update documents (requirements document, design documents andetc) wherenecessary on changes. ​
  • Keep HRE team updated on changes ensuring team is aware of the latestdesign.​
  • Maintain the APAC technical landscape documents​
  • Support team in getting buy-in from stakeholders for the functional solutionwhile ensuring acceptance and alignment with central technical team​​
  • Be aware of upcoming Workday releases and identify solutions applicable forAPAC​
  • Work with central technical team to manage scheduled Workday releases​
  • Prepare metrices which identify data discrepancies and improvements; workacross HRE team to drive the necessary improvements​
