    Job Responsibilities:

    • Set and implement departmental quality goals, employing effective measures to ensure product qualification rates meet or exceed standards.
    • Lead responses to internal and external audits, provide input for prevention and corrective actions based on audit findings.
    • Spearhead the introduction of new products, driving continuous quality improvements for subsequent production.
    • Oversee the design and improvement of LAYOUT related to new products.
    • Monitor customer complaints and implement effective countermeasures.
    • Develop and coordinate the implementation of technical solutions to reduce costs of products.
    • Establish a cost calculation model for WLP products and validate cost data for newly introduced products.
    • Coordinate the resolution of product quality issues and challenges encountered during the introduction.
    • Provide valuable recommendations for work assignments and contribute to decisions related to personnel management within responsibility.

    Job Requirements:

    • Bachelors degree and above in Engineering.
    • Strong in English, proficiency in MS Office.
    • Familiar with FMEA, APQP, DOE.
    • Understand SPC and possess the ability to perform relevant analyses.
    • Master quality management knowledge and common analysis tools, including SPC, 8D, DOE, QC.
    • Familiar with MSA system.
    • Be well-versed in WLP processes, including process requirements, quality criteria, and BOM in use.
    • Possess experience in operating and maintaining relevant equipment.
    • Understand electrostatic discharge precautions and requirements.
    • Demonstrate strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.

    Remuneration:

    Up to MYR 16,000 + Phone Allowance + Meal Allowance + Toll Allowance + Company Vehicle Interest Subsidy + Contractual Bonus + Annual Incentive Program
