- Team development: represent the technical side of recruitment and strategic development of expertise for our Oil & Gas team in Kuala Lumpur.. Develop a network of engineering partners. Collaborate with the branch management as well as the German Oil & Gas team.
- Market development: strategic planning of services for focus markets and key clients in the SEA region together with business development and branch management. Support business development with technical inputs to proposals and technical key account management.
- Project Management: Lead projects in the SEA Oil & Gas sector, especially LNG and H2-derived fuels, as consultant, planner and/or owner's engineer with the KL and the Fichtner international engineering teams.
- Rooted in the Oil & Gas industry with high motivation to drive decarbonization and transition to H2-economy
- Fueled by the variety that comes with project work with different teams and for different clients
- Master's degree in process, chemical or mechanical engineering
- Chartered Engineer (equivalent to Professional Engineer with Practicing Certificate with BEM) with at least 10 years of professional engineering experience in Oil & Gas or LNG/ cryogenic gases
- Experienced project manager, consultancy background would be a benefit
- Willingness to travel in SEA and internationally
