Operations Manager - Shah Alam, Malaysia - Agensi Pekerjaan Line Recruits Sdn Bhd
Description
Responsible for designing and delivering the shared services organization's vision.- Identify trends and assess opportunities to improve processes and execution.
- Ensuring that the Regional Back Office organisation consistently meets the needs of the key business stakeholders.
- Ongoing focus on providing improved capabilities that contribute to better business operations, KPI attainment and outcomes
- Oversee operational systems, processes, and infrastructure while looking for opportunities for improvement.
- Accountable to meet Service Level (eg; SLA) and Customer Satisfaction targets (eg; CS index).
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of people management experience with a sizeable team
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in any related field
- Project management experience
- 23 years SAP order processing experience
- Finance or SCM understanding will be a merit
Salary:
RM10, RM15,000.00 per month
