    As a Manager, Shareholder Services, you will be accountable to manage and motivate the team to produce consistently high quality Transaction Processing, regularly exceed required Service Level Agreement & KPI/KQI targets, regularly receive positive feedback from clients and the wider CACEIS Investor Services community, continue to develop skills & abilities individually and for direct report.

    Region: Lux
    Working hours: 3:00PM -12:00AM / 4:00PM 1:00AM

    What will you do?

  • Leading & motivating teams/attending to daily staffing items.
  • Monitor workflows including working with the Supervisors and others to effectively allocate resources where they are needed on a daily basis (i.e. Resource Planning).
  • Review business practices and implement changes.
  • Deal with escalated issues/queries (i.e. Perform escalation of issues with financial/regulatory impact to Senior Management upon identification).
  • Meet with clients (i.e. Client Due Diligence Visits).
