    Job Responsibilities:

    • Handle daily accounting functions, including data entry, filing, and maintain/updating accounts records;
    • Handle full set of accounts;
    • Enter all transaction details correctly and accurately into the system;
    • Prepare monthly and yearly account schedules, including balance sheet notes and P&L analysis;
    • Prepare journal entries for the month-end and year-end closings;
    • Assist seniors with other ad-hoc duties as required.

    Job Requirements:

    • Possess CAT or Diploma in Accounting, Finance or another related field.
    • Minimum of one to two years of experience in the accounting field.
    • Experience in using accounting software will be an added advantage.
    • Proficient in both written and spoken English.
