- Handle daily accounting functions, including data entry, filing, and maintain/updating accounts records;
- Handle full set of accounts;
- Enter all transaction details correctly and accurately into the system;
- Prepare monthly and yearly account schedules, including balance sheet notes and P&L analysis;
- Prepare journal entries for the month-end and year-end closings;
- Assist seniors with other ad-hoc duties as required.
- Possess CAT or Diploma in Accounting, Finance or another related field.
- Minimum of one to two years of experience in the accounting field.
- Experience in using accounting software will be an added advantage.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English.
