- Resolving phone, walk-in, mail, fax, and email customer inquiries.
- Processing and logging incoming calls into the CRM system.
- Identifying customer needs.
- Forwarding and escalating inquiries to relevant individuals and departments.
- Contacting customers to give them accurate feedback on the progress of their inquiries.
- Providing outstanding customer service.
- Updating customer information as required.
- Maintaining confidentiality of information.
- Performing other duties as the need arises.
- At least 2 years of customer service experience is required.
- Bachelor's degree (Freshers are eligible)
- Undergrads (Should have at least 1 year of Customer Service experience (BPO/Non-BPO)
- Good communication in Japanese & English (speak, read, write) to liaise to different stakeholders across the region
- Willing to work from Office.
- Welcome to work in shift rotation (24/7: 5 working days/ 2 off days)
- E-Commerce experience
