    Description

    Principal Responsibilities:
    (List major responsibilities in order of importance.)
    ï'· Execute and monitor all UAT batch flow processing and ensure timely completion of
    endpoints/milestones.
    ï'· Perform level 1 support and resolution for batch issues in the environment.
    ï'· Identify delays or bottlenecks and resolve or escalate accordingly.
    ï'· Work in shifts, provide handover to the next shift according to guidelines.
    ï'· Monitor real time performance of the UAT computing environment.
    ï'· Track and document all outages and incidents.
    ï'· Generates batch status reports and distributes to end-users.
    ï'· Broadcast environment readiness status to internal customers (within IT department).
