    The Role

    You will be responsible for :

    • Associate to handle general inquiries of customers over phone calls and live chats 電話やチャットを介した顧客の一般的な問い合わせ全般に対応します。
    • Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller クライアントと高水準のプロ意識を維持し、あらゆる発信者とポジティブな関係を築くため取り組む必要があります。
    • Maintains customer records by updating account information.アカウントの情報を更新することで、顧客記録を維持します。
    • Exemplary communication skills and customer-oriented approach模範的なコミュニケーションスキルと顧客志向のアプローチを行います。
    • Ability to present, persuade and communicate effectivelyプレゼンテーション能力、説得力、コミュニケーション能力。
    • Good knowledge of computerパソコン知識のある方。

    Ideal Profile

    • Japanese Speaking with Kanji writing skill to be able to liaise effectively to different stakeholders across the region漢字を書くスキルと日本語を話すスキルが必要です。
    • Both native & non-native are welcomedネイティブとノンネイティブの両方を歓迎します。
    • Non -Native should have N1 or N2 certificationノンネイティブの方は N1、N2 の認定を取得している必要があります。
    • Candidates with e-commerce experience will be an advantage e-commerce の経験をお持ちの方は優遇致します。
    • Candidates with English communication skill is welcomed but not mandatory英語のコミュニケーションスキルを持つ候補者を歓迎しますが、必須ではありませ ん。
    • 3 weeks of paid training 3 週間トレーニングがあります。
    • Able to work on flexible shift hours 臨機応変なシフト勤務が可能な方。(日本時間午前1時以降の深夜勤務はありませ ん)
