Job summary
This role has been designed as ''Onsite' with an expectation that you will primarily work from an HPE partner/customer office. You will support the day-to-day management of customer accounts and assist in ensuring timely payment collection.Responsibilities
- Assist in tracking customer payments and updating collection status reports
- Support follow-up activities with internal stakeholders (e.g., Sales, Finance and Portfolio) to resolve outstanding payment or documentation issues
