    Duties:-

    He / She is responsible for the smooth operation and profitability of the department. Efficiently allocate and use all resources to achieve maximum Profits through Planning, Organization, Leadership and Communications to achieve best results for the Division. Enhance total Guest Satisfaction and high quality of Service. Assist all tasks in due to his/her absenteeism. Dealt on the assignment given by Executive Assistant Manager F&B, Director of F&B, & Assistant Director of F&B.

    Requirements:-

  • Pleasant personality and well groomed.
  • Diploma in Food and Beverage / hospitality management or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2-3 years experience as Assistant Manager or Supervisor in an International class hotel capacity.
  • Passion for providing extraordinary service.
  • Must be able to articulate clear greetings and farewells to guests, as well as being able to understand requests for assistance.
  • Must be able to clearly communicate guests needs to other staff.
  • Ability to work positively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Due to work pass restriction, only citizens of Malaysia and Permanent Residents of Malaysia shall be considered.
