    The Role

    Role: SAP Support IT- Mandarin/Chinese.

    Work Location: Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur

    Job Type: 1 year & extendable contract with Abhidi Solution.

    Shift: Rotational Between 7 AM TO 1 AM

    Job Description

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive support for SAP tickets, addressing user inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of our SAP systems.

    • Handle SAP support ticketing, identifying and resolving technical issues related to SAP applications and modules.
    • Collaborate with senior consultants to address issues and implement effective workarounds.
    • Prepare functional specifications for program modifications.
    • Conduct unit testing for programs to ensure their functionality and performance.
    • Provide support for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate program modifications.
    • Demonstrate professional proficiency in communication, specifically in Mandarin/Chinese.
