    Key Responsibilities

    • Market Analysis: Research markets thoroughly to find business opportunities and understand trends. Analyze competitors and customer preferences to make smart marketing decisions. Provide insights on emerging markets and competitors' activities to maintain a competitive edge.
    • Client Profiling and Targeting: Create detailed profiles of target clients and markets. Identify key decision-makers and understand client needs through research.
    • Business Strategy Development: Work with teams to develop effective business strategies. Come up with innovative ideas to differentiate products/services. Use data to improve the company's position in the market.
    • Lead Generation: Find new business opportunities through lead generation strategies. Collaborate with sales teams to convert leads into clients. Maintain a list of potential clients and partnerships.
    • Market Entry Planning: Develop plans for entering new markets, including strategies and target audiences. Adapt marketing strategies to local conditions. Translate materials for English-speaking audiences and support bilingual communication strategies.
    • Collaboration and Reporting: Work with marketing, sales, and product teams to align business efforts. Prepare and present reports on market research and business activities. Keep everyone updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

    Who We Are Looking For

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or related
    • 2+ years of experience in strategic marketing, market analysis, or business development roles.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and extract actionable insights.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey ideas and findings to diverse audiences.
    • Strategic mindset with the ability to think critically and adapt to changing market dynamics.
    • Proficiency in market research tools and techniques.
    • Experience in the B2C services industry is preferred but not required.
