    What you will do:

  • Onboard new travel products
  • Update and manage existing travel products - with critical schedule and inventory information as the needs of our partners adapt
  • Act as the face of the company by supporting our partners with a customer-driven, and sales-oriented mindset
  • Communicate and collaborate effectively with various stakeholders - from your business development colleagues, to the content, tech, finance teams, and of course, our all important merchants
  • Make an impact by identifying areas for improvement across different processes and systems
  • What you will need:

  • Bachelor degree or above
  • Ability to execute under pressure and against tight schedules
  • Strive for high quality and timeliness in your output
  • Work proactively and well both independently, and in teams
  • Tech-savvy, ideally with a passion for travel
  • Open, agile, detail-oriented, and willing to adapt to fast changes
  • Fluent spoken and written English
  • Fluent spoken and written Chinese is a plus
  • Customer service, content creation and/or data entry experience would be a plus
  • Exposure to content management and CRM systems would be a plus
  • Work experience in a multicultural, cross-functional, or start-up environment would be a plus
