    Provide top-notch customer service via digital channels, responding promptly to customer questions, feedback, and complaints through live chat, social media, and web platforms.


    • Demonstrate excellent written communication skills to creatively and accurately articulate responses about AirAsia's products and services.
    • Utilize established procedures and processes to efficiently address customer inquiries and resolve complaints, while also assisting customers in using and accessing AirAsia's products and services.
    • Collaborate with the Customer Experience team to identify and report system trends and anomalies, contributing to continuous improvement efforts.
    • Record customer interactions and support transactions accurately using computer systems, and seize opportunities to meet personal and team targets while maintaining exceptional service.
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest information on AirAsia's products, services, and industry-related news to provide informed support.
    • Engage in training and development activities to enhance skills and knowledge.
    Requirements: 1.Diploma/Bachelor's Degree holder.


    • Prior customer service experience would be an advantage.
    • Willingness to work in a 24/7 shift rotation, including weekends and public holidays, and ability to work on the midnight shift.
    • Exceptional verbal and written English skills, with proficiency in at least one additional language from is also highly welcomed.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
