    About the Department

    Group Technology and Operations (GTO) provides software and system development, information technology support services and banking operations.

    We have centralized and standardized the technology components into Singapore, creating a global footprint which can be utilized for supporting our regional subsidiaries and the branches around the world. We operate and support 19 countries with this architecture to provide a secure and flexible banking infrastructure.

    Our Operations divisions provide transactional customer services for our businesses while also focusing on cost efficiency through process improvements, automation and straight through processing.

    Job Responsibilities

  • Perform data entry and/or approval on account creation and relevant static data maintenance.
  • In charge of the data entry and/or approval on registration and maintenance of group/entity/user set up for Business Internet Banking customers via the e-Banking platform.
  • Perform callback confirmation to customers when necessary.
  • Ensure timely completion of assignment whilst maintaining high accuracy and speed.
  • Work closely with business partners, communicate via emails or telephone calls where required as part of the process to achieve task completion.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant internal procedures and Regulatory laws. This includes a timely completion of mandatory learnings assigned by the organization.
  • Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Banking & Finance or a recognized professional tertiary qualification in related field and/or with related experience.
  • Minimum 2 years working experience in Financial Instituition, preferably branch operations or payment centre.
  • Team player, strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Conversant in English, demonstrate effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Committed, self-motivated and a team player.
