Open Position: Production Manager (MNC Food Manufacturing Company)

A MNC Food Manufacturing Company is looking for Production Manager to take on leadership in operation based in Selangor.

Key requirements include:

· Optimize manpower and equipment use to achieve set production yield and on time delivery of finished products.

· Monitor activities in production to achieve maximum production output and reduce wastage to save costs.

· Drive improvement in process at all times by using best practices and change management process.

· Involved in organization chart arrangement and recruitment of team members.

· Strong leadership skills to delegate tasks to the right personnel.

· Strong in food quality audit standards.

· Excellent written and spoken English.
