    As a Senior Quality Assurance Executive, your role involves providing crucial support to the QA Manager with a primary emphasis on achieving organizational objectives and overseeing online executives. Your responsibilities encompass various aspects of quality assurance within the company's operations.

    Key responsibilities

  • Support the QA Manager with a primary focus on meeting objectives and managing online executives.
  • Design, implement, manage, and execute plans effectively.
  • Standardize all structures, work, training, procedures, and records.
  • Participate in establishing and implementing quality classifications, testing procedures, and standards for finished products for processes; recommend modifications or corrective actions when necessary.
  • Conduct line walks and self-audits to ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
  • Review and verify finished products and logsheets routinely to ensure testing parameters meet specifications for positive release.
  • Perform traceability checks on output quantity and product release execution in SAP system.
  • Check reference availability for online sensory verification.
  • Downgrade and initiate rebatching for reworkable reject products for rework management.
  • Review stock inventory and plan for rework based on product schedules.
  • Perform product troubleshooting, investigation, and product disposition in case of online product issues.
  • Report through QA daily meetings on day-to-day issues including safety, quality, product issues, and assessments.
  • Conduct panel sensory evaluations daily on products.
  • Perform shelf life extension studies.
  • Attend and liaise with RND and Production Personnel for New Product Development Trials; update new product logsheets upon receiving new product setup requests.
  • Handle customer complaints, participate in complaint investigations, and draft response letters to customers.
  • Participate in reviewing and updating working instructions.
  • Liaise with Supply Planner on manual batch assignments into Delivery Note for cases such as CIT or Ship in QI.
  • Attend to lab technicians in case of any product or online issues.
  • Qualifications and skills

  • Minimum Degree in Food Science or other relevant science disciplines.
  • Minimum of 3 years of working experience in the food industry in a senior executive or leadership position.
  • Thorough knowledge of product lines and manufacturing processes, with a general understanding of the food industry.
  • Proficiency in Food Safety Program and Hazard Analysis (HACCP), as well as process control procedures/manuals and statistical process control (SPC).
  • Demonstrates initiative and results-oriented approach.
  • Exhibits exemplary leadership qualities and the ability to make tough decisions.
  • A team player with a high level of commitment, capable of performing effectively under pressure.
  • Comfortable operating in a rapidly changing and expanding global environment where accountability, quality, and timeliness are paramount.
