    Job Description

    Job Summary:

    Performance marketing executives work on ad campaigns for the Company. This may be pay per click advertising, social media advertising or other forms of advertising in emails or as content on websites. Your job as a performance marketing executive is to make the highest number of people possible access the products or services that your client offers online through highly targeted ad campaigns.

    Responsibilities :

    Your responsibilities as the Performance Marketing Executive will include but not limited to:

  • Develop and execute funnel-based ads and performance marketing strategies tailored for the MY markets to drive website traffic, increase conversions, and boost sales.
  • Plan and execute end-to-end advertising campaigns (FBIG ads, Google ads, TikTok, YouTube ads, SEM, and on-platform ads from Shopee/Lazada, including defining campaign goals, managing budgets, conducting platform reporting, and executing optimizations.
  • Analyse and generate reports on the performance of marketing campaigns, utilizing data-driven insights to enhance Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
  • Ensure the highest level of data tracking and analytics via Google Analytics and other tracking tools. Develop and implement conversion, pixel, and event tracking across the website and various digital platforms.
  • Maintain brand narrative consistency and visual identity across all platforms and campaigns.
  • Conduct thorough research on market trends, target audiences, competitors, and the end-to-end consumer journey to drive engagement and conversions.
  • Foster continuous collaboration with internal teams, including the review of ad performance with local market specialists, creative and content teams, and ensure alignment across departments.
  • Create A/B creative tests, incrementality tests, and spend scaling tests within campaigns to determine the most effective strategies.
  • Qualifications

    Candidate must have the following requirement:

  • Posses at least a Bachelor Degree in Marketing or related fields.
  • 2 - 4 years' experience in performance marketing. Preferably from agency.
  • Skilled in data navigation and interpretation, using tools like Google Analytics and Facebook Insights
  • Well-versed in managing ads through platforms such as Facebook Ad Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads and Shopee/Lazada Seller Centre.
  • Experience with the Google analytics, GTM, GMC, DV or similar tools would be a plus.
  • Capable of aiding in the implementation of Google Analytics, Event Triggers, Google Ads Conversions Tag, and Facebook Ads Pixel.
  • Able to configure customized conversions for various ad platforms.
