Open Position: APAC Telemarketing Sales Manager (Global IT Solutions Company)

A Global IT Solutions Company is looking for APAC Telemarketing Sales Manager to join the team and be based in the Selangor office. You will be leading a Telemarketing Sales team by offering innovative IT Software solutions to their APAC customers.

Key responsibilities include:

• Experience in selling IT Solutions covering IT Software, CRM, Security and etc to regional customers
  
• Good experience to build generate pipelines through cold and warm customer lists
  
• Identify and contact customers to understand their requirements and passing the leads to the Inside Sales Specialist team
  
• Able to explain the features and promote the company's IT products and services
  
• Keep records of every calls made with good information about the customer for follow up sessions as well as future references
  
• Good in handling questions and issues raised by customers and provide solutions as well
  
• Strategic thinker with good track record in achieving sales targets
  
• Good communications and presentation skills
  
• Self-motivated and enjoy working in a positive & productive environment
