- Reports to Head of Sales.
- Assist in email correspondences I.e. reply when required to, depending on urgency.
- Handle incoming phone call inquiries.
- Ensure data accuracy in server/system including product name, serial numbers and individual selling price.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support.
- Arrange and coordinate monthly sales meetings requirement I.e. booking of conference room.
- Conduct research and stay up to date on the latest info on industry and products.
- Monthly sales report and sales update submission.
- Keep track of sales target.
- Communicate customers feedback/complains if any.
- Perform ad-hoc duties when required.
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Must be willing to work at Balakong.
- Good interpersonal skills, self driven, able to work with little or no supervision.
- Required Languages (speaking and writing): English, Mandarin (and/or Cantonese), Bahasa Malaysia to be able to liaise effectively to different stakeholders across the region.
