    The Job

    Responsibilities:

    • Reports to Head of Sales.
    • Assist in email correspondences I.e. reply when required to, depending on urgency.
    • Handle incoming phone call inquiries.
    • Ensure data accuracy in server/system including product name, serial numbers and individual selling price.
    • Provide day-to-day administrative support.
    • Arrange and coordinate monthly sales meetings requirement I.e. booking of conference room.
    • Conduct research and stay up to date on the latest info on industry and products.
    • Monthly sales report and sales update submission.
    • Keep track of sales target.
    • Communicate customers feedback/complains if any.
    • Perform ad-hoc duties when required.

    The Profile

    Requirements:

    • Candidate must possess at least Diploma or equivalent.
    • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
    • Must be willing to work at Balakong.
    • Good interpersonal skills, self driven, able to work with little or no supervision.
    • Required Languages (speaking and writing): English, Mandarin (and/or Cantonese), Bahasa Malaysia to be able to liaise effectively to different stakeholders across the region.
