8+ years in business management or work force management related positions, including time spent in project management. Ideally, the candidate experience will include time in a consulting or advisory capacity. Candidate must be able to demonstrate Deep understanding of business management and work force strategiesExperience in managing headcount management related mattersPassionate about business management with a 'can-do' attitudePossess strong interpersonal and communication skills and display initiative to lead discussions with stakeholders at all levels, business leaders and colleaguesExcellent written and verbal communication skills, proactive, interpersonal and collaborative skills, and the ability to communicate work force management strategies & concepts to various stakeholdersStrong control mindset and is confident to be the go-to person on work force mattersAble to provide effective challenge and recommendations whilst building strong, respectful relationships across different functions / departmentsAbility to lead and motivate the teammates & colleagues to achieve tactical and strategic goals, team player mentalityThrive in a fast paced, multi-cultural environment where the day-to-day job differsPrefferred SkillsHaving good knowledge or experieneced in Business Financial Management, is an added advantage.Experience Required
