    We are hiring Customer Service Executive (Contract) for PTBA.

    Aim of Role

    In this role you are responsible to carry out duty that ensure efficiency and accuracy in Order to Cash (OtC), Pick to Ship (PtS), Purchase to Pay (PtP), Transportation, Trade compliance and Warehousing related functions in your organization.

    Duties

    Process Efficiency:

    • Perform daily operation covering order processing, purchasing, invoicing and distribution.

    • Handle stock replenishment routines for parts / equipment

    • Monitor stock aging and communicate to Sales Team

    • Work closely with customer, sales team, warehouse and transporter to ensure on time in full (OTIF) delivery.

    • Ensure local purchases are being perform as per prokura and according to procedures.

    • Work closely with warehouse team to ensure stock accuracy

    • Provide Order Receive (OR), delivery status and Order invoice (OI) transparency

    • Responsible to carry out duties as per inventory year cycle program

    Cost Control:


    • Negotiate and review local transport cost

    • Negotiate and review local purchase cost

    • Negotiate and review third party warehousing cost

    • Verify supplier invoices and ensure that the cost is being captured correctly to division / FAM code / others references

    Trade compliance:


    • Check and ensure the accuracy of import and export declaration.

    • Always alert of local trade rules changes.

    • Work closely with Atlas Copco legal entity to ensure that the relevant documents are kept for audit purposes according to local rules and regulation.

    • Attend to internal / external audit.

    Master Data Maintenance:


    • Constantly check and ensure master data accuracy (PGC, GAC, TP, division, active code, factory code, etc)

    • Constantly review transfer price and standard cost accuracy inclusive of LCF

    Reporting:


    • Responsible to generate month end closing reporting

    Business Code of Practice (BCOP):


    • Adhere to BCOP

    Qualifications / Experience / Skills


    • University degree in Supply Chain / Business Administration or similar academic background.

    • 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in supply chain / logistics within an industrial environment.

    • High level of understanding in Import and Export Procedures, Customs tariff classifications, incoterms

    • Marine Cargo Claims and Insurance

    • Computer literate with intermediate excel skills

    • High level of communication and organisational skills.

    • Exposure to ERP would be desirable.
