- Responsible for the implementation of all policies, activities, procedures, instructions, as relevant and required to the governing codes.
- To manage and supervise the project and liaise with relevant parties such as project staff, sub-contractors and suppliers.
- Manage cost optimization to ensure that the cost targets are achieved for the project.
- To ensure that the works are done on schedule and that the project is completed as planned as directed by the Project Director.
- To study specifications and plans to establish project organization and staffing, work schedules and procedures, construction programmes and targets.
- To attend all meetings related to the assigned projects, compile and prepare reports for records and feedback of information for management's review.
- To communicate to staff on customer requirements, project / departmental objectives and statutory & regulatory requirements.
- Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
- Candidates with 10 years related working experience at construction industry will be an added advantage.
- Familiar with legal requirements and knowledgeable in environmental, safety and health practices.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated person and able to work independently.
- Able to liaise with clients, consultants, contractors and authorities.
- Willing to work at multiple location / sites.
