Responsible for the implementation of all policies, activities, procedures, instructions, as relevant and required to the governing codes.
To manage and supervise the project and liaise with relevant parties such as project staff, sub-contractors and suppliers.
Manage cost optimization to ensure that the cost targets are achieved for the project.
To ensure that the works are done on schedule and that the project is completed as planned as directed by the Project Director.
To study specifications and plans to establish project organization and staffing, work schedules and procedures, construction programmes and targets.
To attend all meetings related to the assigned projects, compile and prepare reports for records and feedback of information for management's review.
To communicate to staff on customer requirements, project / departmental objectives and statutory & regulatory requirements.
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
Candidates with 10 years related working experience at construction industry will be an added advantage.
Familiar with legal requirements and knowledgeable in environmental, safety and health practices.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Self-motivated person and able to work independently.
Able to liaise with clients, consultants, contractors and authorities.
Willing to work at multiple location / sites.
