In your new role you will:

• Definition, development, set-up and continuous improvement of the SPCprocess and DoE
• Responsible for the sustaining SPC process, DoE and their respectivetools
• Reporting of effectiveness and efficiency KPI
• Regular reviews and audits in IFX organization
• Training and coaching/mentoring of users, local process experts,potential sub-process owners and process leaders
• Build up cross functional team- and project set within the set-up andcontinous improvement of the SPC process and DoE

• Technical degree (Wirtschaftsinformatik, Statistik or similar)
• Excellent Knowledge in Statistical methods
• Fluency in English due to working in multi-cultural teams
• Excellent knowledge of contribution of IFX to ensure IFX quality andproductivity objectives
• Excellent knowledge of development and production processes, KPIs andinternal & external standards
• Developing, structuring and leading the organizational development teamwith clear roles, responsibilities and interfaces (relevant contributorsfrom FE, BE and all DIVs
  Intercultural skills (EU / Asia / US)
• Experience in project management
