    Description
    Job Responsibility

    • Perform Service and Repair of Dyson's products.
    • To communicate with customers as part of service requirement – main focus to serve
    • customer at front desk and at the same time able to do repair work.
    • To perform daily activities as per established process and procedures.
    • To produce quotation for Over warranty units.
    • Produce timely and detailed reports.
    • To meet KPIs set up.
    • To deliver the desired customer service experience. The goal is to drive service
    • success that improves customer satisfaction, maximizes customer retention, and
    • increases profitability.
    • To adhere to company policy including and not limited to procedures, social
    • compliance, and business integrity policy.

    Job Requirements

    • Minimum Diploma or Certificate in Engineering field.
    • Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment.
    • Proven field service experience
    • Possess good command of English
    • Ability to work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedule
