    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversees the day-to-day operations for Samsung BAU channels, Samsung Task Force (Production) and Samsung Galaxy Space – a new Gen MZ culture content hub.
  • Coordinates all steps of the content development process from ideation to development and distribution. Directly manage social executive team overseeing publish content and community management on Samsung's official channels (Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube, TikTok) and Samsung Galaxy Space (Instagram).
  • Build the relationship with Samsung clients by ensuring timely and efficient delivery of social media operations + content.
  • Provides guidance and expertise on social media and communications best practices. Advise and counsels on social media trends and platform best practices as part of communication planning.
  • Regularly monitors and measures content performance and make informed recommendations to client on content formats/topics + channel optimisation.
  • Overseeing content and community management performance and matched with client KPI. (Engagement Rate, Response time, Content Frequency).
  • Stays current on social/digital storytelling best practices and emerging trends. Shares knowledge with team and other key team members.
  • Organizes and facilitates integrated social content planning sessions between various team stakeholders and client.
  • Qualifications

  • Min. 4 to 5 years of experience in social media on the agency side or similar role
  • Has experience with account servicing and project management – specifically for content production projects.
  • Has experience doing social content strategy and platform management.
  • Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube, TikTok
  • Good understanding of social media KPIs
  • Excellent multitasking skills
  • Great leadership skills – able to organise, nurture and motivate a team of juniors to achieve excellent results
