    Description
    Job Responsibility

    • Responsible for the overall operations, performance and profitability of the Company.
    • Ensure the company's effective functioning and performance.
    • Formulate and implement strategies and action plans to achieve the Companyâs goals and objectives in line with its business plan/budget.
    • Implement corporate policies as established by the Company and ensure that such policies and procedures are strictly adhered to in all departments.
    • Prepare and conduct presentations to and negotiations with prospective clients to achieve growth objectives.
    • Liaise regularly with customers/consultants to ensure their expectations and requirements are met as per tender contracts. Also to ensure timely certification and collection from customers as per contract terms.
    • Liaise regularly with major suppliers to ensure their continuous support in order for the Company to provide effective and efficient services to its customers.
    • Ensure efficient and effective marketing, advertising, and promotional planning, conduct competitor and market analysis.
    • Develop relationships within the industry and market.
    • Train and motivate all employees for them to improve their technical knowledge and enhance their performances.
    • Perform any other functions as may be assigned by the Management from time to time.
    • Increased level of customer base and awareness of our clientâs business.
    • Any other responsibilities relevant to the above and any other duties as may be instructed by the management from time to time.

    Job Requirements

    • Must have landscape project background
    • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a senior management position.
    • Excellent communication skills, good business acumen and strong leadership qualities.
    • Drive sales and improve revenue, maintain relationships with clients, enhance the organizationâs image, and meet overall growth objective.
