    Description

    Responsibilities:
    1. Managing a team of Pre-sales (DPS, MIT and RAS)

  • To ensure that Company's policies and procedures are followed and adhered by immediate team members.
  • To assume the responsibility of motivating, coaching, monitoring and training the team.
  • To plan, organize, control and supervise the work of assigned team and ensuring high productivity and effectiveness.
  • Ensure tasks assigned to team members are completed on time.
  • Effectively train, coach, and develop team member on solution selling and pre-sales activities.
  • 2. Conduct Pre-Sales Weekly Team Meeting

  • To chair the weekly meeting and resolve minor issues which arise.
  • To ensure that team members report their activities accordingly.
  • To brief / update team members on the business and market information.
  • To discuss on any sales and marketing action plan, strategies or other related issues.
  • 3. Gather Feedback and Business Information from Customers and Competitors

  • To gather feedback from team members / customers, review and take necessary actions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • To monitor and compile competitor's business activities closely and act proactively to ensure we are in a competitive position against our competitors.
  • 4. Collaboration with Marketing team on Products and Solutions launching

  • Support new solutions or products launching
  • Support on webinar activities
  • Support on proofreading for marketing sales material before distribution
  • 5. Project Management

  • Project planning and coordination
  • Ensure project deliverables meet customer business requirements & the project datelines.
  • 6. Solutions Planning and managing the principal

  • Identify the new solutions based on market demand
  • Prepare solution roadmap for each semester
  • Bundled solution with MFP as package
  • Maintain good relationship with solution principal
  • Minimum Competency Requirements:

  • Degree holder with experiences in sales & pre-sales. Experience in Imaging Technology would be an added advantage
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills with customer focus
  • Possess drive, initiative and work commitment
  • Able to work independently as well as a good team player
  • Possess excellent leadership qualities with good planning and organizing skills
  • Pleasant personality, good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good sense of urgency and able to work under pressure
