- Marketing, A&P Planning & company branding.
- Create comprehensive marketing strategies and formulate comprehensive 360-degree marketing strategies, advertising, and promotional plans, encompassing both digital and traditional mediums, to align with the company's objectives and foster business growth.
- Continuously monitor and respond to market trends and competitorsâ activities, ensuring the effective implementation of marketing plans.
- Strategically plan and execute social media initiatives, curating engaging content for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Influencers and others.
- Recommend and oversee the marketing budget, evaluating the efficacy of each marketing channel.
- Look at sales numbers and see if they match up with what we spend on marketing.
- Make shopping more fun for customers and launch new things in stores or online.
- Plan events for new products or special times of the year.
- Manage partnerships with other companies to make our brand stronger.
- Coordinate with store team, suppliers or any other 3rd party agencies for in-store displays, setups and promotional materials.
- Work with designers and the IT-out department for new store openings and renovations base on guidelines.
- Establish standardized procedures to make marketing work better in our team.
- Master, improve and maximize the usage of customers information (purchase history) in developing relevant marketing programs.
- Defines & executes RM analytics
- Able to speak and understand Mandarin is a MUST
- At least 3 years in retail and FMCG
- Posses at least Diploma and above.
- Able to start immediately.
