    The Role

    You will be responsible for :

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin
    • Strong problem-solving skills and demonstrated multitask capabilities and
    • Ability to handle high volumes during promotions and peak seasons
    • Teamwork
    • Resilience

    Salary: RM RM 3300

    Night Shift Allowance : 30RM/Day

    • KPI : 200RM to 500 RM

    Location: Penang

    Ideal Profile

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English + Mandarin

    SPM with 1 year customer service or content review related experience in Call center/BPO ,Content moderation

    Knowledge Experience or knowledge in social media
