- Strong experience in IT Software Solution Sales in Cloud, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Software as a Service (SaaS) or etc would be added advantage
- Strong experience in servicing clients within Financial and Insurance Institutions both locally and regionally
- Ability to interact and influence "C" level client executives with good business acumen, market intelligence and product knowledge
- Able to develop new business regionally by building contacts through thought leadership and networking strategies
- Able to lead pre-sales meetings including pre-work, presentation, business proposal, sales negotiation till closure together with the Sales and Technical team
- Strategic thinker with a good track record in achieving sales targets
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivated and enjoy working in a positive and productive environment
