    Description

    The Technical Recruiter will primarily be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening and selection) within the given timeline. He/she will also be involved in the development and implementation of recruitment initiatives and strategies.

    Responsibilities

    • End to end recruitment processes which includes working with hiring managers, identifying candidates lead sources, administering exam and conducting interviews, organizing technical interviews, to closing the positions
    • Identifying and attracting relevant candidates, including both passive and active candidates, who are sourced through a variety of search methods (web sourcing, Boolean searches, social media networking, internal database, job boards, user groups and candidate referrals).
    • Managing the candidate evaluation process at all stages, including HR technical and management.
    • Being consultative and supportive to candidates throughout the evaluation process from initial contact, up until they walk through our doors on day one
    • Keep the documentation of the recruitment process up to date
    • File applicant documents
    • Maintain and build relationships with recruitment partners, career placement offices and target student organizations in local educational institutions
    • Prepare weekly recruitment reports
    • Perform reference and background checks for candidates for employment
    • Continuously improving our marketing strategies to source and attract candidates and our recruitment and evaluation process.
    • Understanding the Software Development Lifecycle within the company, including different programming languages, frameworks and methodologies that are used.

    Qualifications

    • A graduate of Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent
    • 3-5 years of technical recruiting experience in a fast paced corporate, agency, or executive search firm
    • Strong communication skills both verbal and written
    • Self-starter who can work well autonomously and ability to build rapport and establish relationship
    • Positive energy, open-mindedness and strong proactive attitude
    • Team player with good interpersonal skills
    • Able to define the technical and soft skills requirements for a position
    • Able to evaluate the candidates competences against the job description
    • Basic understanding of software development platforms and IT jargon
    • Strong sourcing capabilities through multiple concurrent channels
    • Knowledgeable and/or comfortable learning to leverage social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube) for attracting candidates
    • Knowledge in Global recruitment would be an added advantage
