Responsibilities:
Work independently and directlywith clients to gather requirements, design, build for client's business usecases.
Understanding client landscapeand scope client requirements, preparing business use case(s) and requirementsdocument
Responsible for end-to-enddelivery of configuration and integration for technical streams of assignedprojects.
Collaborate with developers,project managers, and other stakeholders to identify integration requirementsand ensure successful integration.
Ensure that software andsystems are integrated in compliance with security and data protection policiesand regulations.
Prepare a detailed project planby removing the roadblocks and get signoff from all relevant stake holders (PMO& Client).
Document the BusinessRequirements which includes the functional level configurations, End State ofthe requirement(s) and Exit Criteria.
Do a high-level testing ofcustom requirements and provide demo to the client(s).
Actively looks foropportunities to innovate and become more efficient in our delivery, executingon new ideas and increasing automation capabilities wherever feasible.
Coordinates with deliveryteams, handover the detailed functional requirement and oversee the deliverycommitment to the client.
Communicate with internal andexternal stakeholders.
Works with key stakeholders toconducts analysis on technical integration issues encountered duringimplementations and works with team to implement processes to mitigatereoccurrences.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in computerscience, Information Technology, or related field.
3 to 6 years of experience intechnical consulting or technical delivery roles and a proven track record ofsuccessful integration projects.
Experience with enterpriseintegration platforms, such as Workato is a plus.
Knowledge of data integrationand ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes.
Strong analytical andproblem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technicalissues.
Excellent collaboration skills,with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to manage multipleintegration projects simultaneously, prioritize workload, and meetdeadlines.
Desire to learn abouttechnology and cloud applications.
Exposure to APIs (RESTful,SOAP), JSON, XML, ETL
Previous coding experienceusing any programming language - R, Python, Java etc.
Exposure to ERP systems andfundamental concepts
Experience working in an Agiledevelopment environment is preferred.
Nice to have technologies:Postman, AWS/Azure
