- Oversee all aspects of the daily operation of the outlets.
- Developing, leading and executing purchasing strategies.
- Respond to guest complaints in a timely manner.
- Keep immediate supervisor fully informed of all problems or matters requiring his/her attention.
- Assists in menu planning and preparation.
- Ensure compliance with all local liquor laws, and health and sanitation regulations.
- Conduct staff performance reviews, ensure the training of employees on SOPâs and technical job tasks.
- Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
- Good oral and written communication skills;

- Ability to adapt to different client needs and to develop and maintain successful working relationships.
- Strong leadership capabilities.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelorâs Degree or Professional qualification or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years experience or any related fields.
- Problem solving and decision making skills
- Possess excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with all levels especially clients, supplier, external parties and management staff.
- Excellent Communication skills
- Candidates must have good analytical skills and able to meet short and long term planning and deadlines.
- Leadership skills to lead mid-level management and possess the ability to manage internal and external conflicts
