Description

• Oversee all aspects of the daily operation of the outlets.
• Developing, leading and executing purchasing strategies.
• Respond to guest complaints in a timely manner.
• Keep immediate supervisor fully informed of all problems or matters requiring his/her attention.
• Assists in menu planning and preparation.
• Ensure compliance with all local liquor laws, and health and sanitation regulations.
• Conduct staff performance reviews, ensure the training of employees on SOPâs and technical job tasks.
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
• Good oral and written communication skills;
• Strong analytical skills, Commercial awareness
• Ability to adapt to different client needs and to develop and maintain successful working relationships.
• Strong leadership capabilities.
  
  

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelorâs Degree or Professional qualification or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years experience or any related fields.
• Problem solving and decision making skills
• Possess excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with all levels especially clients, supplier, external parties and management staff.
• Excellent Communication skills
• Candidates must have good analytical skills and able to meet short and long term planning and deadlines.
• Leadership skills to lead mid-level management and possess the ability to manage internal and external conflicts
• Possess a good ability to use their judgement to make the decision
